    Doesn’t sell… lets raise the price nearly 1/3. Perfect logic. It must have been too cheap for ppl to want to buy it!

    While sometimes Landry’s traditional mega mansions aren’t completely objectionable… I have yet to see one modern house he’s done where he didn’t completely miss the mark for me. This is one of the worst moderns I’ve seen in a long time as it already looks cheap and dated.
