Well it is huge. The elevation and sprawling layout evoke thoughts of ‘Embassy Suites’ or ‘apartment complex.’ But for all its size, I see no monumental rooms. The entire interior is singularly unattractive, unappealing, uninteresting, uninspired, and dare I say it, a waste of enclosed space. Stepping into a 25,000 sq. ft. mansion should be an overwhelming visual experience. I am not even underwhelmed. I’m not whelmed at all. I can see the price dropping even more. A lot more.

As with the majority of homes in Weston/Southwest Ranches, very big but not much else. Lofty beige rooms filled with pedestrian furnishings.

Ain’t that the truth. Don’t understand why anyone would go through the time and expense of building a house this big and have it be so unremarkable. I expect this in south Florida McMansions worth <$2 million, but I don't get what they were thinking on this. It's a whole lotta blah.

That’s probably the price they will end up settling for.

It is actually 15,000 square feet and built in 2009. The information you have is misleading here is the proper link to the information concerning the home from Sotheby’s themselves.
