Nice strategy. If it doesn’t sell at a given price, just double the price and people will be falling over themselves to overpay.

$72 Million and no view? No thanks. The house is truly mediocre too. Bits of Art Nouveau stuck on here and there, but the overall design is far from groundbreaking. The pool is the best part.

This looks a lot better than it used to before construction was finished but the front facade around the entryway is still ugly and the lot is too small. Also, the home is wedged on a weird misshapened lot and the materials are too cheap to warrant a $72 million price. Out of respect for this being Kenny’s new favorite home I won”t call it shiteous, I’ll simply just call it a hot mess. This home could be saved if someone demolishes the entryway and completely redoes it and then buys the lot behind this home and adds it to the grounds of this estate.

I do agree with you on the front exterior. Too many style clashes.

Sorry Kenny, but this is about as “just over the top” as the Titanic is under just a few feet of water! The place looks like something Louis XVI’s personal chef baked while he was high on whatever he could get dangerously high on at the time. It is a train wreck of ostentation and ego run amok.
