    This is not the best that Medina has to offer. It’s a decent NW contemporary, but it’s not overly exciting. It’s also a layout I’ve seen in countless new builds in the Seattle area, and I’m bored with it; note that food served in the dining room must be schlepped across the entrance foyer..

    For only slightly more I’d take this house that sits right next to the lake: Its biggest drawback is that the only way to it is via funicular from the underground garage at the top of the hill, but that’s no different than taking an elevator to a high rise apartment.
