    Florida has either 1,350 miles of coastline (CRS) or 8,436 miles of coastline (NOAA) depending on how you measure. I know much of it isn’t near a great big city, so what, build more great big cities then. But don’t think I would pay a lot premium, or settle for a useless piece of land because it’s ‘waterfront.’
