Beautiful, and obviously built to a very high standard, but there are a few fatal flaws. Where are the double height rooms besides the foyer? No mention in the listing of an elevator. A crummy half acre lot. The aerial view of the development shows lots of swimming pools, and lots of tennis courts, but few if any homes have both -the lots are just too tiny. Ahem, one of the benefits and perks of being rich and owning a mansion is never having to compromise or settle regarding your needs or wants, especially when it comes to facilities available to lesser properties at a fraction of the price.

And then there’s the price. Are they effing kidding me? In 2012 this house went for $12 million, and not quite 3 years later it lists for $19.5 million? I hope the buyer has ‘sucker” tattooed on his forehead, because all this home has to offer is location, and sadly, precious little of that.

Based on the foyer pic, I was expecting a much higher level of refinement throughout. The interior for the most part is lackluster. The living room honestly feels like a nursing home with the low ceilings, odd windows, and generic feel. The exterior is nice.

The house overall is okay. I’m not crazy about the color scheme or the pool area, but that is easily one of the best home theaters i’ve seen on here. Very well executed.
