  • I’ve never really been a fan of Spanish style homes but this one is a winner. Again, it seems like a home that is making use of every square foot, sure the rooms are large but what would be expect of a house that is nearly 16,500 square feet?! Even still, the use of dark colors in the rooms bring the rooms into scale. I love the the large stone columns in the Foyer and hallway-really gives the spaces a stately presence. But…um…why the hell is there a bed in the Master Bedroom?! Hahaha!

I really enjoyed looking at this home. I love how the warm colors and textures have a very inviting feel. I especially love how most rooms have the ability to be open to the outside, a dream I always wanted for myself. It is a wonderful home, but I can’t for the life of me figure out why there is a bed in the master bathroom. That is so strange.

The price seems awfully ambitious. Isn’t Vegas still struggling to recover from the recession? Even if it wasn’t, $17 million is a lot of money to pay for something that looks like it was dropped in the middle of the desert, albeit at the end of a cul-de-sac.

Why in the world is there a twin bed in the master bath? With 16000 square feet you would think they could find a better spot than in the john.

Regarding the bed in the bath, perhaps they have some sort of portable tanning lamp and Milady would rather rest on something more comfortable than a traditional tanning bed when she’s taking the rays. If the owner was poor, I’d say it was weird, but since they’re wealthy, it’s merely eccentric.

Where are the amenities? 16K square footage, doesn’t feel like it. This property is nothing special for the dollars….
