I am overwhelmed by the romantic architecture, breathtaking woodwork and cabinetry, the stone flooring throughout, the lavish alfresco facilities and the Las Vegas resort-class landscaping. This palace is easily worth fully half its asking price. Aside from the price, 5 stars.

I like this house for the same reasons as horselips but wish all real estate brokers would provide floor plans for very expensive homes. This house appears to have a lot of wasted foyer/hallway space. $58mm is absurred, and it is listed elsewhere at $28mm, which is also absurred. But like curved brick walls, statuary, paneling, spa and view. Not as much the boring living, dining, master and typical lack of color.

For $58mm it should be 100% bespoke to my taste
