I like the multi-level ramada – at least it’s different. As for the rest of the place – it’s too plain and unadorned. The Mediterranean style offers lots of opportunities for elegant embellishment, but this mansion, with its plain painted surfaces, could have been drywalled and finished by a gang of semi-skilled illegal aliens. Given its rather small size, and lackluster interior, I figure this to be a one million dollar effort at most, thus, it is way overpriced. Way, way, way overpriced.

I like this property because it seems to be a smart design and utilizes space adequately. So many builders now a days make the MISTAKE of OVER-ADORNING the space and painting the interior with outrageous colors that are not appropriate for most buyers. Most high-end buyers WANT plain walls so they can infuse their own style to the space. And as I know because I have dealt with many multimillion dollar properties, often the buyer can have the seller paint the interior whatever color they want as part of the real estate purchasing agreement. Another thing I like about this property is the fact that all the rooms have high ceilings and the ones with fireplaces are made of limestone . Each bedroom suite has it’s own unique bathroom. And the kitchen with its abundance of space and double islands, would make any homeowner(or their cook) want to stay home all day and cook. The price is also appropriate for the location…Paradise Valley is one of the wealthiest areas in Arizona if not THE wealthiest.
