Soooo Sweeeeeet! You could get cavities just looking at the pictures. A luscious, thoroughly American palace. Kick in an extra million or two to bring it up to modern specs with elevators, improved alfresco facilities, etc., and it’s perfect. Drooool.

Oh dear God. I do not want to do it, I really do not. However, I am going to have to agree with Horses Ass. The house is lovely. A little updating is needed. The price seems to me a little steep for IL but this really isn’t my area of expertise, so it could be totally fair. Nice find Kenny.

What a lovely house! This house needs nothing except a new owner. Any work would only be for personal tastes.

This is Richard Marx’ house. He is selling because of divorce.

The kitchen is a travesty but the majority of the rooms are very nice.
