I don’t get the big deal about Laguna Beach. I never even heard of the area until the reality show came out. If I was gonna spend $30 million I rather live in Bel Air, Malibu, Santa Barbara or Montecito. Maybe even in Pacific Heights or some part of Silcon Valley if I was a tech billionaire but definitely not Laguna Beach.

What? Do you live under a rock? Laguna Beach has been awesome area for years. Turn off the reality shows and enter life.

Definitely like the exterior style and the use of stone. I really do not care for billiards, I would convert that area into a library and study. Does not look boring.

Very nicely done. The architect has tried to make the most of his paltry 8,315 square feet, and this is a pretty good job. Beautiful materials, great style.

But, uhmmm, that price. One third of one acre, minus utility easements and rights of way. A 3 car garage. Doesn’t the seller know that grownups with this kind of money like to drive? I don’t care if this mansion was located on the White House lawn or the grounds of Buckingham Palace, that $30 million price tag is hilarious. Location be damned, this is at most a $2-$3 million effort.

I agree it’s overpriced but $2-3 million seems way too low. I see this selling at $12 million.

THIRTY MILLION DOLLARS to BE CLOSE ENOUGH TO LISTEN TO YOUR NIEGHBORS FLUSH THIER TOILETS, ARGUE and YOU’RE NOT, REPEAT NOT DIRECTLY ON THE OCEAN.

I DON’t give a sh$t how well it’s built or how many expensive materials were used…………..this is yet more INTRACTABLE PROOF that the “one-percenters” in this world are CLINICALLY INSANE. Money is WASTED a on the rich.
