    Don’t often get to use the word, but ‘masterpiece’ comes to mind. It’s so utterly amazing. Some of the interior design elements are moderately baffling, and some of the facilities planning seem lacking a bit for more formal entertaining. But this is a very special urban abode indeed.

    Utter ripoff. I don’t care where it is, a completely plain, unembellished awkwardly (goofy) shaped…oh never mind. Four years ago this turkey was peddled for half today’s asking price, and it wasn’t worth anywhere near that.
