    It’s nice, but it isn’t $15.5 million nice. Exterior could have had a bit more detail. I like the interior and appreciate the open rooms. Biggest issue I have is the location. The Sanctuary is a prestigious community, but homes tend to linger on the market for years. Also, at this price range I would expect direct Intracoastal frontage. I would also imagine living so close to the bird sanctuary/mangrove swamp would mean unpleasant smells year round. If it were my money, I’d go for this home instead. Not a gated community, but the lot and view are truly unparalleled in Boca:

    AHHH, columns, arches, pilasters, tile, I love Mediterranean elevations. All this design is missing is a front porte cochere. Otherwise it’s beautiful. Inside, beautiful again. Lots of rooms with really tall ceilings. One thing I’d really want to change is that asinine water trough of a bathtub and install a proper oversized Jacuzzi spa. Lovely outdoor facilities, garage accommodations appropriate to a wealthy owner.

    This house looks like shit. The quality is awful. This looks like a $2 million to $3 million home. The walls look like cardboard. Anyone who pays $15.5 million for this is stupid. The exterior looks ok though. Not spectacular but ok and the furning are ok.
