I’d take the Benzes and leave the rest. Don’t see what is worth $20 million, or even half that.

It must not have been easy to cram a whole 5 bedrooms into just 13,000 sq. ft. Especially since there was only room for 4 of them to have a full bath. I can’t begin to justify having to share a bathroom in a 20 million dollar mansion. I don’t like glass-front cupboards, and that kitchen wall tile looks right out of a Denny’s restaurant. Lots of very expensive woodwork, flooring, etc., good sized lot, nice grounds, but not enough to explain the price.

I was thinking it wasn’t a bad house up until the kitchen. (not great, but not bad) then the kitchen got that identity crisis. (it just does not go) I would prefer the Texas house before this one at 14 million. It had more possibilities than this one.
    Agreed on the cars. Nice.
