I work in LHP and while it’s a nice community, I’d never want to call it home. You’ll end up driving to Boca or Ft Lauderdale to spend your money anyways. As for the home, it’s gaudy and pretty far from the Intracoastal. Direct Intracoastal homes are available for significantly less. Terrible exterior faux finishing as well.

I guess I don’t get paying $6 million for a house in SFL and have it be in LHP. Not when Boca is close by. But I guess if for some reason one had to stay in Broward and had to be in east Broward, then I guess LHP works. FTL is simply too crowded to be considered, though I guess after getting a good taste of Atlanta traffic, I doubt I’d ever complain about FTL or MIA traffic ever again.

The house itself has some architectural I issues, especially on the exterior. Nice outdoor entertaining spaces
