I like the upstairs gallery, and hooray for unrestricted ocean access. But, the rest is mind-numbingly dull.

Instead of an all-white interior, I want to see a home with an all black interior. Floor, ceilings, walls, furniture. Everything.

      I’m sure there’s one out there…..Kenny just hasn’t found it yet. 🙂

Surprisingly I did see a room with a preponderance of black, it was stunning.

The white is good. It allows the owner to decorate at their whim. Beautiful house!

Beautiful house. Architecturally well thought through. The interior looks a little cold and empty. Properly furnished it would be a very nice property. I world warm it up with more paintings/pictures on those white walls and a few art works. The infinity pool is okay and the house is ideally located with beautiful views of the waterways and sea…

So they went with white everything and then staged it with bland furniture. Ookaay.

The architectural layout and planning seems well thought out but the end result is dull as dishwasher. It’s a shame that a $10 million house on the water should be so utterly forgettable.

    White can be elegant.

Yes, white can be elegant, clean, crisp and luxurious. White can also be stark, sterile and unimaginative. Guess which category this house falls into?

This house looks like it has at least two styles of homes mixed together and not well. The stone/stucco on the exterior looks hodgepodge and unfinished. The stark look is terrible, color is your friend. There is nothing wrong with a white interior, but it should be accented by artwork and furniture with color.

For $10 million, I think you can and should do better.

Very cold interior. I prefer some warmth.
