    I’m not even sure where to begin. I can’t decide if the dark vertical lines down the front are downspouts or not. If they are, I can’t decide why someone would choose to make some of the downspouts light and others dark. That said, the dark downspouts (or whatever they are) are the only interesting elements on the front. The front and rear facades both look like they were lifted directly from a midwest mass-produced tract house. The interior is as bland and boring as it can be.

    The guest house looks like someone’s daughter designed it, trying to mimic her doll house.

    The pool house and terrace are backwards; the larger poolhouse structure should have been on the lower side, with the terrace at the higher elevation. As it is, the balance and proportions are completely off with the terrace looking miniature.

    The composite shingle roofs, on a $3 million property, are just icing on the cake.

    I don’t understand the guest house layout. What is the point of having identical, segregated living areas? The kitchen has one of the most horrific layouts ever. Looks like the space was a closet and then converted it into a kitchen. Bad, bad, bad.
