Exterior is terribly odd. Looks like they wanted a shingle style home but decided on Regency half way through construction. Other than the staircase, the interior is completely forgettable.

The front of the exterior reminds me of a flat screen monitor. The interior does show some signs of promise. The kitchen, I definitely would not want.

For Atherton to be such an expensive area everything there always looks so cheap to me. This looks very mcmansion spec house looking. Just looks very cheap and cookie cutter. They really need to start building some nice homes in Atherton like the mega mansions you see in Bel Air. They don’t necessarily have to be that huge but just something 12,000 square feet or more with the quality of a Hadid, Finton, Michael C. F. Chan, JD Group, or Robertson Partners home.

Fugly looks…I would never pay 19 Million bucks for a house like this one.. The price is so inflated. The building lacks a clear architectural identity. With the price like the one indicated you can do better, even in California posh residential areas…

This is $20 million, seriously? It is awful. There is no goddamn way this house is 17,000 sq.ft, I don’t care if you add in everything and the kitchen sink.

I started writing a pithy comment about this place, but the house is so boring that I fell asleep part way through, and now I can’t remember what I was going to say.
