    I love it. It appears to have been thoughtfully updated but it still has an Old Hollywood feel. I like that a good amount of original details still exist, and even the staged decor looks decent.

    I do think the garage wing is hideous, but adding a tile roof to the facade and changing out the garage doors for something a little less bland would be pretty simply.

    Too quirky for my tastes. I think Florida has the upper hand when it comes to 1920s/1930s Mediterraneans.

    Yuck, another Hollywood TEAR DOWN. No grandeur WHATSOEVER the price may just be worth for the share fact it has more than a half acre of property and not the typical LA POSTAGE STAMP.
