We love getting & posting tips on homes that aren’t on the market, it’s what makes us different from the rest of the “luxury real estate blogs”. Homes of the Rich reader Ric Frataccia sent us a tip (along with pics) of an unfinished French Country style mansion located in Valparaiso, Indiana. Check it out above!

Here’s what he had to say about it:

This home is located at 3331 Pepper Creek Bridge Parkway in Valparaiso, Indiana in the prestigious community of estate homes, Pepper Creek. The home was originally being built by the then-Owner of Signature Construction, a local construction company, until business halted and the company went under, which in turn left the home incomplete and vacant with an estimated $1M worth of work still to be done to complete. This is an exquisite 3-story Old-World, French Country brick and stone home with 6 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, 16,228 square feet, drive-under 6-car garage, pool, pool house, tennis court (which was in the original plans, but never completed), guest house and sits on roughly 7 acres. The price of the home, most recently, was approximately $2,500,000.00 (NOT including the additional $1M needed to complete). Construction was started on the home in 2008.
