you know know, i kinda like this house. my initial impression was eh.. but for HI, this house seems to be in good taste. i like the wood details and usage of outdoor space. it doesn’t look forced.

is the exterior coral brick? hmm not sure how i feel about it but at least it’s not mediterranean style. nothing tackier than seeing med. style homes in HI

Oddly, the same house is listed with a slightly different house number for $18.5 million. I guess this listing is for people who are bad with maps.

Kitchen is tacky and its not on the beach? If I am going to pay 25 million for a home in hawaii you better believe its going to be on a beach.

Agreed. Completely. Hawaii, $25 million and not on the beach? It’s nice but not that nice.

With all its numerous faults, I can’t fault it for not being beachfront because my map shows that it is: https://goo.gl/maps/gSo03

Pricey. I’d rather live in Montecito.

I like it. If it’s still on the market when I visit next month, I’ll view it. In my opinion, $18m – $20m makes more sense.
