Owned by Tommy Hilfiger co-founder Joel Horowitz, who built the estate in 2000, it was first put on the market for a whopping $125 million over 3 years ago. It was then slashed to $100 million and then to its last listing price of $75 million. It sold for a still record-breaking $48 million.
