#1- Michael Jordan's Highland Park, IL mega mansion has failed to sell at auction. The 56,000 square foot house originally hit the market back in February of 2012 with an asking price of $29 million. The auction was held on November 22nd. Zero bids met the required $13 million reserve price.

Owned by Tommy Hilfiger co-founder Joel Horowitz, who built the estate in 2000, it was first put on the market for a whopping $125 million over 3 years ago. It was then slashed to $100 million and then to its last listing price of $75 million. It sold for a still record-breaking $48 million.
