Exterior is a perfect example of contemporary architecture I despise. Cold, unwelcoming, hard. Interior is pretty boring.

I don’t love this, but I don’t hate it. The severe exterior works for So Cal, and the interior has some OK spaces; that’s not to say, however, that the interior is anything special. What I don’t care for at all is the neighborhood. Bel Air Crest ranks down there with Pelican Crest. The houses are too big for the lots, and too close together, and the area doesn’t feel distinctive.

Given that this home is in Los Angeles, I think this place works great. What a fantastic back of the house, especially the pool! 🙂

The inside is very interesting (in a good way) for me. Yes, as Daniel said, it does seem cold and unwelcoming, but if you fill it with a few more charms and Knick-knacks, I think it could be quite nice. Plus, I like the little walk-in wine room.

Nicely done contemporary and the price seems pretty good for LA. I could definitely live here. The views look nice. Some decent art with some color would brighten that place right up.
