    Surprisingly nice offering from Newport Coast. Love the Palladian influences inside and out, especially that living room arch. And even though it’s on a too-small lot, it manages to have an actual motor court.

    Oh dear…a Newport Coast house that I don’t hate. In fact, I rather like it. I’d like it even more if it weren’t in Newport Coast and was on 5 times more land, but it is what it is. The motor court and courtyard feel of the entry are winners and, inside, the contemporary furnishings with the traditional background really works for me. I’m not, however, a fan of the Silly Putty color on the living room and foyer walls.
