    It looks like a lovely house. And, I appreciate that it’s not a Spanish colonial design like so many others in the area. Based on what little can be seen through the screening room door, the interior has potential. I’m not overly fond of the front entrance; the pediment somehow looks cheaply made to me.

    very lovely home. It was on the market about 2-3 years ago and I suppose the owner has decided to move on. I’d share the interior pics and floorplans the previous realtor provided had my laptop- along with 6 flash drives- wasn’t stolen from me. =(

    I too appreciate the non-Mediterranean style. A rarity in Santa Barbara/Montecito/Carpentaria. It recalls the wonderful American Colonial types that were all the rage in 40’s Southern California- relaxed, rambling and delicately detailed.
