Magnificent home, but for having a view that’s half blocked by Sunset Island I and half of the 195 bridge, it’s priced about $10M too high. Notice in the photo of the “view”, they’re letting the poolside pergola block you from seeing Sunset Island is immediately in your backyard.

It’s nice but the interior is too white for this style of home. I think there should be greater use of dark hardwoods throughout, such as macassar.

I thought at first I’d find a Florida house that I really like, but it wasn’t meant to be. The exterior isn’t bad (and it gets extra points for not being yet another mock-Med). But, is a letdown. The proportions of a lot of the spaces are off. The living room doesn’t feel like a space designed for people. A lot of the other rooms don’t look comfortable at all, although the master bedroom is an exception.
