towergrove

I found this proposed grand estate on the website of Anthony Mason Associates, Inc, who specialize in project management. It is to be built on Tower Grove Drive in Beverly Hills, CA and include a 50,000 square foot Italianate mega mansion and 4 ancillary buildings all on 20 landscaped acres. They also have THIS Tower Lane project on their website, which was denied approval and ordered to scale down in size. I have no idea if this estate is going to be built, but if anyone knows anything more about it, please do share!

I know they denied one project, but I had no idea that there was a second one.

Speaking of proposed projects, what happened to that Biglin French château? Was that ever going to be built?

I wish Mark Wahlberg chose their project over Richard Landry’s.

yeah this is really ugly… I hope this is never built it’s a waste of space. And 20 acres in prime real estate is a lot of space to be wasted!

This proposed property looks like it would be excellent for an elegant museum and observatory grounds. It indeed has a historic appeal. As it appears to me very British.

My first thought is “armory”, which is not a good thing. Someone should do the world a favor and put these plans into permanent storage.

This property is owned by Saudi Prince Abdulaziz. He’s been fighting with his neighbors about the size of the project for years.
