I think the house itself is pretty good, just turn down the decor a notch or two and it could be a winner.

Is it considered mid-century if it was built in 2008? This is a nice car dealership.

I get more of a 1990s Michael Graves vibes. To be mid-century modern the house would sort of need to be from the middle of the century. The house isn’t terrible, but it feels a lot more dated than its 5 year age would indicate (etched glass?). In fact, it looks more out of date than many sympathetically updated authentic mid-century moderns.

Taking a $6 million bath must really hurt.
