As homey as any Federal courthouse. It may eventually have to be split into 2 parcels to sell, unless a Middle Easterner or Indian goes for it.

May sell to another Russian. Isn’t this the home of some Russian socialite?

I thought it was a green office compound in the middle of a residential area…

This is too much money for Brooklyn. I’d pay this price for an apartment at 740 Park Avenue, but not to live in Brooklyn. It is nice. The quality is a little cheap for the price but its ok if you like the contemporary look but it looks more fit for Miami. And I wouldn’t even pay this much for Miami. Also I don’t that Bull mural on the ceiling, I guess those are supposed to be astrological symbols or something lol.

A house with a boat dock in NYC seems fairly rare. I really dislike the exterior of the house; it would look OK in south Florida, but not in Brooklyn. The interior has some decent spaces and details. I think it’s nicer than the white box contemporaries we’ve seen so much of.

What I like most about NYC is being able to walk out the door and have the entire city within walking distance. That doesn’t seem possible with this house.

I will be at my place in Brooklyn next week, I will have to check this out. It looks hideous though, like an evil empire bank headquarters.
