Well, you are getting a lot of house for the money. Some nice materials inside and some parts I like, but put it all together and it’s a bit contrived.

Lovely property in every way! The price is typical of Arkansas. One of the most economical locations for real estate.

If ONLY it wasn’t in Arkansas!! But then again, it may not be that price then … you certainly do get a lot of house for your money!

Just to play the devil’s advocate, If you grow up in Arkansas, then you wouldn’t know the difference. Then this place would be an absolute palace. I used to have family that lived in Mountain Home, AR. They lived in a trailer park. I don’t remember much, since I was just a little kid.

As for the mansion itself, I think it’s pretty nice. Especially the back with those stairs and swimming pool. 🙂

The lot is way too small. Otherwise it is a lot of house for the money.
