Eh. Stone Creek is still in the middle of farmland. A couple new subdivisions are being built around it and a new shopping center is nearby, but you’re still in the middle of nowhere. The home is decent. Long Lake Estates provides the same lifestyle in an established community, not one where 2/3 of the land is undeveloped (like Stone Creek). Le Lac is even better as it is considered “central Boca”.

You’re a 5 minutes away from the turnpike and 10 minutes away from i95. You get to be in quiet environment, but not “in the middle of nowhere”. For an estate it’s perfect.

It would be great if for every post, we had someone to come in and tell us about something even better!

Come on guys, Le Lac is a much older community (30 years +), and not with new construction (knock downs & renovations required). From what I understand there is not gas direct from the street,
nor is there public sewer connection (buried Tanks – a turn off).

Stone Creek is all new construction with direct sewer and direct gas connection. 90 percent of lots now sold and glamorous homes are now under construction (new homes).
Stone Creek Ranch is truly the cream of the crop community off the water with land great lots. Lets call it like it is.

Its a great community with wonderful homes. There is a beautiful new Mall with IMAX Theater, Restaurants, Shops and Publix 1/2 a mile a way. The area has built up dramatically in the last couple of years so it is hardly in farm land.
It is a 6 mile drive to I95 and 1 mile drive to the Turnpike and it borders on Boca Raton.
It is a wonderful and safe community to live in with construction of many house in progress. Its The Destination Place for the Wealthy
