    Not a terrible home. Front has very odd proportions though. Interior is too frilly but it does have some nice details.

    I like the exterior, but hate the garages facing the front of the house. The interior has some interesting spaces but I hate the decor. Overall, the interior is trying too hard to be grand and is a mismatch to the exterior.

    I agree with Grrrowler on the interior and its mismatch with the exterior…the soaring ceiling and balconies in the bedroom make you wonder who would sleep there. It looks so grandiloquent and soooo cold! How much money did this cost? Lots of money. But is it worth $25,000,000.?

    I also do agree with Grrrowler and Ben about the decor.
    Looks like a cheap “Nouveau riche” staging that is cold,uninviting and that fails on every level.
    The 25ft ceiling in the entrance is very nice but becomes to much of an overkill when it is repeated on the rest of the ground floor making it pretentious wasted space;
    instead I would of personally requested from the architect a second spectacular mater suite on the second floor to replace that empty space from those souring ceilings on the ground floor.
    I don’t mind the garage in front of the house that much
    but it would of been classier if they were placed on the side instead;
    I don’t think though that the space permitted it for one of the guest houses was placed to close to the main residence.
    The exterior is very nice and I am sure the landscaping is also.
    But as Ben said,”is it worth 25M” most likely not but we have not seen the rest of this estate.
    In my opinion from what I saw in pictures it will probably fetch between 12 to 15million but only time will tell I guess.
    Would I live in it ?
    After a few tweaks with the design,finishes and decor
    ooooooooooooooh yes,
    in a heartbeat!
