There are some beautiful “Northwest contemporary” houses between Seattle and Vancouver. The location of this one is truly stunning, and the exterior is architecturally very interesting. But, the interior doesn’t excite me. It’s very cold and I don’t think the wood was used effectively at all. The price is crazy, but that’s West Vancouver for ya’.

I was prepared to dislike but it ain’t bad at all. I don’t mind the blond wood throughout. I just don’t like how the ceilings have those tiny holes in them.

I like it. Seems pretty whimsical on the exterior with the led and curved cement. The inside looks like a first rate yacht, and like any great modern, it fully takes advantage of its location. Love the view out over the water. Seems clean and crisp to me as opposed to cold and uninviting.
