We’ve already covered both of these mega mansions before, but have recently found out more info about them and decided to post them up again since we are super intrigued by them. Both of these homes are located in Colts Neck, NJ and are in close proximity to each other. They were both designed by J. Costantin Architecture.

The 1st one (pictures #1-4) is located on 25 acres off of Montrose Road. It is French inspired and features over 20,000 square feet of living space. As of right now, it is finished.

The 2nd one (pictures #5-8) is located on Freemont Lane and is still under construction. It is also French inspired and features approximately 25,000 square feet of living space.

Live near both of these and took the pics for the one on Montrose Rd a while back, ill try and get some of the Bucks Mill house, which I think will be better than the Montrose one. The property won’t compare, but I think the bucks mill one will be better designed. There were some interior pics of the Montrose one in a town magazine, and I was inside once. The interior was pretty disappointing. Ill try and find those pics and take some of the current state of the bucks mill house and send them to you Kenny.

No problem, I’ve been working overtime the past couple of days, but should be able to get to it this weekend sometime.

The first one reminds me of the Brady/Bundchen residence in Brentwood.

Bah, and the floor plans that ARE There have been terribly constricted to the point of being useless. Which is sadly something I have seen all too often before on America house pages.

You have a professionally done website, oyu are marketing multi million dollar houses to the highest end of customers… And you host a floorplan that makes your eyes water looking at it!!

At one time they had large (PDF file) floor plans of the second house online. I have the main and upper levels if Kenny wants to post them.

I assume no plans of the basement levels then? Which would be a shame, but what can one do…
