What an amazing location. House looks very dated though

  • rc

dated and more commercial that a residence–no thanks

So where is your helicopter pad?? Or do you swim at the community pool? If you
could afford it all you would do is change the interior and wasn’t this house just
built? So it’s not your taste no need to down it you would live there if someone
      gave it to you!

Call me boring but I’ll take classic elegance over “tricked out” any damn day of the week. Nice view though.

I’m totally underwhelmed. It’s an over-sized community center with a grand piano. It is completely devoid of any charm, character, elegance, or (for me) appeal.

Wow. I don’t think you could have ruined a beautiful natural setting more completely then with this house. What a shithole.

    • Venom

I agree, this home should be removed from that beautiful setting ASAP.

What??? So you must live in a $100 million dollar house! You must be describing your house as a sh*t hole! First off you could not afford that home so when people
say stuff like that is a broke ASS!!!!!

After looking at the article linked above, I’m not sure I’m a fan of that “Homes” site. They got the price of this house wrong by $13.5 million; even considering the exchange rate between Australian and U.S. dollars, that’s not even close. And, they’re gushing over Celine Dione’s mansion with water park that just hit the market on Jupiter Island…in Miami. I realize that it’s difficult to find good online maps these days, but I’m not sure I’d rely on that site for facts.

Wow, so badly done and such a waste of location. A modern home is all about location and this one has a perfect location, but the owner went with a cookie cutter bland industrial modern. This is a teardown and find a better architect.

Terrible pool with that tiny ledge all around it. Looks like whoever built it was more concerned with competitive swimming, than with making it spa like and accessible. I would have forgone the infinity edge in favor of some actual attached lawn, or a patio.

Great pool in my opinion. That’s a dream pool for me. I love that there is a diving well as well as what looks like a 3 meter board and the slide is amazing. I’ve seen so many bad pools with all the “spa’ like fakery and little square footage of actual water. In this case we have a 3 lane 75ft pool with a diving well. The home is fine and I would live there in a second. The lots location above the water fall is amazing. The design probably allows for large expanses of glass to take in the view better and is probably meant to be appreciated more from the inside.

I just checked all the pictures and I love this place.

Rarely have I seen a place worth the price on this site, but this is one where the picture matches the price. Golf course, privacy, views, location, ocean front, waterfall, modern, amazing resort like facilities. I’m sorry it’s not another faux french in Texas with a fake rockery pool the size of a postage stamp.

    Location, location, location!

It’s about the view of paradise, from the inside looking out.
You don’t need gaudy architecture and/or over-complicated acoutrment.

  • Hank

Guess it didn’t really sell. This laughably designed house is now on the market for a $10 million. That’s a $30 million discount!
