It’s a little impersonal, but there are some gorgeous and amazing details. The TV in the master bedroom looks like an after-thought and should be done much better in a $50 million apartment. The idea of putting the master bathtub in front of a window facing the adjoining tower was a really bad one. I also don’t love the limed oak in the library; that seems a little dated. OK, and $50 million seems ridiculous compared to what one can get elsewhere in NYC, even on 5th Avenue. But, overall I think it’s beautiful; it just needs a little more color here and there.

After careful inspection of all the photos: nice windows, great views, pretty kitchen cabinet hardware. For me, EVERYTHING else is awful.

No Apartment in the Time Warner Center is worth this much…that building has so much more competition from better more chic new buildings. I love the big round support column in the middle of the tub.

I like a good stripper pole as much as the next person. However, I question the logic of putting it in the bathtub.

THANK YOU! I thought I was seeing things. WTH is a column doing inside a bathtub?

More than likely it is actually a support column…
Which if it IS the case, speaks volumes about the lack of foresight put into the lay out of the residence. If you have a support column, I can think of PLENTY of ways of hiding it instead of putting it, not just in a bathroom, but a bathtub!

I could have sworn this unit was listed before. Either way, I love it. Decor is an easy fix. Love the tall ceilings.

Is it really worth 50 million? Would you buy it? This apartment because of the view is okay but I’ve seen better that this in Dubai which is very unique and way less expensive. If you want 50 million dollars worth go to Dubai and check it for yourself.

Dubai? Oh yeah that sand pit on the sea with high priced condos for the Russians, east europeans and fellow arabs to dump their money on . It works as a safe haven. Lots of tall stand alone buildings surrounded by sand or NYC? Hmmm? where would I rather live? I’ll take the city that actually has a sewer system.
