Picture 6. The master bedroom with a chaise lounge MADE OF stuffed animals. Sort of says it all.

Ehhhh. It’s a beautiful property, but the architecture just isn’t doing it for me. The exterior is not ugly by any means, but it also isn’t wow-worthy. Impeccable landscaping though. Interior, minus the very eclectic furnishings (I get a Peter Marino-on-acid vibe from the whole place), ain’t bad. Big, square, open rooms.

I’d pocket the $8 million and take this instead. Not as large, but a better locale in my opinion.

Light-years ahead of this property – of course, it’s hard to argue against Jeffrey Smith.

I know. Jeff Smith is hands down my favorite architect. Palm Beach Splendor is such a fascinating book – you should pick it up if you don’t already own it.

Alrighty then. I’m just gonna wait until it’s not the middle of the night and my brain can process and mentally remove the decor before I comment. Don’t think I’m actually seeing what I think I’m seeing.

Actually, no, nvm. Just next one please.

Proving once again that money can’t buy good taste.

Money can’t buy taste. This is a cheap tacky hot stank mess. The chair made of teddy bears shows just how tacky this is. The quality is cheap. It is too modern. And its a tacky modern. It looks like a dated 80’s modern mansion. This is just gross. I hope someone tears this house down to the ground and starts over.

The house and location is beautiful ! The owner is an old Jewish man who has a weak spot for young Russian girls . I am almost positive one of his girls picked out the decor and art. His latest ‘wife’ is named Petra Levin and calls herself a ‘former model’ . SHE had to have the South Beach house of A-Rod…..’Daddy buy it for me’
