Not my favorite contemporary home but it ain’t bad. However, it’s a travesty that a contemporary home in LA for nearly $30 million doesn’t offer jetliner views. So so sad. Lovely Aventador roadster though…I wonder if Mauricio is going to surprise Kyle with it if he sells the place. Trade in that shi*ty Maserati.

Daniel, you sound like a RHoBH fan. Could it be? I’ll tell you something. I never realized how tacky and awful the Maloofs house was until I saw it listed on The Agency. If Kenny had put that here I think Grrrowler might have popped a vessel. I didn’t think it looked that awful on screen. It was really bad in the listing photos.

I’m not sure how I feel about that comment. ๐Ÿ™‚

LOL! Go with honored that we know you won’t less price fool you into believing it’s tasteful. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Ha. I’m a bit embarrassed to admit it is a guilt pleasure of mine. Something so fascinating about watching 5-7 grown woman bicker about who owns what percentage of a restaurant or who stole someones house and so on.

          LMAO! Busted. ๐Ÿ˜›
I think I’ve finally weened myself off all of them. I have no idea what’s going on this season…for once.
While the BH fighting is nothing compared to ATL and NJ fighting, at least the BH women don’t pretend to have money and own houses they don’t have. Except for Taylor.

    Ah… A “Modern” mansion…
(Glances at the bland white boxes, yawns)

    I’ll pass…

I think life would be so much prettier and pleasant for me if I liked modern or contemporary architecture. It looks like the house that Legos built.

The most interesting thing about this is the car, and that doesn’t appear to be included, so…

Once again I’ll leave it to you folks who like this style to tell me what you think. My bias is too great and I freely admit it.

I know I’ve said this more than once in the past, but I really want to like this. But, I’m not overly excited by it. When I first saw the thumbnails I was hoping for something like the glass pavilion in Santa Barbara, but this isn’t nearly as interesting or unique; it’s a very safe contemporary. I do quite like the rear facade, which in my opinion is much more successful than the front. The interior looks like any other formulaic contemporary; it’s also very safe, very predictable, and very boring. I do appreciate the different textures in what I think is the living room (picture 2), since that is what really makes a contemporary work. The family room and kitchen don’t show the same promise.

The apparent lack of incredible view and the price just don’t go together.

I love the house, gorgeous! Is that the correct address?
