I generally like craftsman houses, but this one is a little too craftsmany for my taste. As for the interior, no no no no no. I could never live in a house of this style, it just seems so unorganized and rustic, I don’t want to feel like I’m living in a cave.

I like the first 3 photos of the interior (minus that silly arch in the living room). Rest is passable. Despise the exterior.

    *sigh*

Well, I like the movie theater and the wine room. They both look to be spacious enough and the decor is fine. Also, from what I can see from the outside, the landscaping looks nice. I don’t hate anything in this house (except maybe that kitchen) but I just don’t like anything much in it either. It’s not horrible. But when there’s a big closet I can’t even get ga-ga about, it’s just not for me.

Poway:for people who find San Diego too exciting.

I love a good craftsman house but this one is trying too hard to be craftsman. The exterior is very convoluted and confused looking. There are some nice spots inside but nothing that excites me.

The biggest problem is that it’s $12.5 million in Poway.
