A very dark home. The lapis pool looks like something from “Contact.”

It’s becoming increasingly difficult to come up with anything worthwhile to say about the beige mock-Meds we keep seeing (assuming I’ve ever had anything worthwhile to say). Then again, the houses are monotonous so why shouldn’t the comments be the same?

I will say that this house has some of the more attractive garage doors I’ve seen on the site recently.

I have said before that I quite like “Dark” interiors. Rich dark wood and dark earthen colors are my favorites. So those qualties make this home a bit more attractive than others.

I also quite like the ‘plaza’ in the middle of the house. Having an interior garden/green space like this is something I have always wanted in a house for those times I want to go outside, without having to go “Outside”.

The huge covered patio as well is something else I approve as, and can easily see putting that to use hosting pool parties and such 😉

Aside fro mthat, not too much else to say other then another “Nice” home that is attractive largely for NOT being over the top and overly tacky.

I love the modern over-sized shower, but that bathtub that looks like an upside down lampshade HAS to go!
