This stunning French Chateau inspired mega mansion was designed by Pavel Ivanov Architects and is located in Indonesia (1st time we’ve featured a home from this country)! I would never have expected to see something like this in that country, looks like something out of Beverly Park in Los Angeles! Besides the main house, there is also an attached entertainment building as well as other buildings. No other information was given, but I’m assuming it’s well over 25,000 square feet in size.

*Thanks to HOTR reader Daniel for the tip!

I think it’s fantastic. The mansard roof is a little harsh, but the details in this place are amazing. Interior is regal without going overboard. Stunning.

It looks like it belongs in Beverly Park. it especially reminds me of 40 Beverly Park or the Maloof mansion.

I guess China isn’t the only country with it’s share of mock-western mega mansions but who would’ve thought Indonesia?

The mansion itself is magnificent, it is well proportioned, opulent, but nothing that I haven’t seen before.

“French Chateau inspired?” A french chateau is a large country house, which could be in any of umpteen styles and types. “French Chateau” is not a style.

It’s hard to believe this home was designed by the same architect who did that Outrageous ‘French-inspired” Indonesian palace:

This home looks terribly dated and downright ugly.
