Very ugly home inside and out. Front looks like a seafood restaurant. Interior is just nasty. Wood/steel beams in that color would make me run for the hills.

I agree with the first comment that it looks like a seafood restaurant. Maybe it would make more sense if it were in Colorado, or a more mountain scenic atmosphere. Also, I actually live in the Washington DC area, and I can’t seem to make sense that its location is considered “Rockville”. Even on Google maps its much closer to the Potomac Village area. If it is in fact strangely zoned as Rockville, it would be a shame for the owner seeing as it would really jump the price if it had the neighboring Potomac zip code.

I am an Interior Designer in Potomac and had the pleasure to view this property personally. This property is one of the most unique and luxurious homes I have ever seen and trust me I’ve seen many homes in this price range and nothing holds a candle to this one. This home may be 11,000 SF however, it has the warmth and cozy feel that most homes at this size don’t. I would agree it has a very Colorado feel to it which makes it even more desirable because it’s unique for our area. The wood beams and stone work throughout the house create an elegant rustic feel. The house is less than 2 miles from Potomac Village in the heart of Potomac on 4 beautiful acres. Pleasant Hill was also voted the nicest street in Potomac. This house is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL and is a ONE OF A KIND!!!!
