Ain’t bad at all. I don’t get a tract home feel from this. Only thing I would do is convert the front-facing garages to side facing. Kitchen is the only interior space that could use help.

Nice facade, with the exception of the garage doors facing the front as Daniel mentioned. The back is also really attractive. The house looks older than its years, but in a good way. The interior isn’t as interesting; there isn’t much going on other than fairly standard looking mouldings. That said, the room sizes look nice, so it’s a blank slate. I wish the stair hall (which I like) were the main entrance instead of the rotunda (which I don’t like).

A really wonderfully designed home, both the interior and exterior. Very elegant and the exterior does look older than its years which is a very good thing. Classy

This mansion could use some eye catching area rugs and carpeting, to compound even more being stately. The columns do add to the beauty of the interior.

Love the exterior, but the interior was disappointing. Really nothing to gush over or say “Wow”

Nice grounds, the rear looks great, beautiful staircase wasted on a sub-par foyer, kitchen is nice, but the proper appliances need to be substituted, price is good, they remembered an elevator.

This house is begging to be staged well and if that is done it will sell with no problem.

Doesn’t strike me as anything exceptional in Buckhead. There must be 100 homes with this same facade and feel. Perfectly adequate, but nothing special. Price is quite good.
