Winter Park is probably the only city I would live in if I was forced to live in Central Florida. The abundant oak trees really are charming. The home itself is a bore. Exterior is better than inside. Inside is pure tract home. Staircase is the only thing that would maybe pass for the asking price.

Kenny! Queen of Versailles is going to air on Bravo this month and so I’ve been scouring google for updated pictures of their house.
All I can find is a video from the Today Show or something that barely shows the progress.
Apparently the facade is up and the elevators have been put in.
I tried to find a website for the contractor or builder and even looked for companies that install elevators in central Florida hoping for some candid Project shots, but nothing.
    Can you get some pics?

Much too narrow in scope. The structure itself looks like it could be designed for law offices. The pool area does not look much like for swimming; however, could be transformed into a water fall. I believe, that m-a-y be able to design some kind of stair lift, I know there are stair lifts available for seniors desiring more independent living for their home. Someone may be able to search for stair lifts. The terrace area does not look to great, but it could be used as a smoking zone.

For $2.6M and have a roof top cheesy hot tub that is not built in and accessed by ugly stairs…No!
