I’d take the chairs in the billiards room and burn the rest to the ground.

“Retired Football Player”. There’s really no need to say anything else about it. Those three words give a complete picture of the place.

And he had the street named after him, so he wouldn’t have to remember a new word.

I like it myself. I think that it’s flaws may be what I like. Maybe I’m too easy to please in the mansion department, I don’t know…

I like the entertainment area with the bowling alley, bar, and indoor basketball court. I like the colors used, and the subdued panache.

Although, if I had a mansion like this, it would be on a lake or river or something.

I remember seeing an Outside the Lines Special on ESPN and Coles was saying he built this house so he would never have to go anywhere. That’s what I like about the house you have everything you need entertainment and recreation wise.

He must need money or something if he’s already selling it then. One thing that I think athletes need to learn better is how to save money. Maybe not buy that 4th Mink coat and 3rd Ferrari. Plus, it seems like every athlete starts at some point their own restaurant.

Yeah, Coles is right about not needing to leave the house though. At least until he needs groceries.

You know, really not that bad. Uninspired and bland? Sure. But it’s tasteful enough. And at that price, you’re getting a lot of house for the money.

    So disgustingly cheap. Uggh.
This place could not have cost more than $50/sq.ft to construct.

I also think it’s great looking home for the price. There are a number of touches that I like and some I do not like at all. Can someone explain netting over the pool?
You could probably get this for 5M sink another 1M back into it and it becomes STUNNING! For some reason I loved the wall that surrounds this…
