Eh. Way too frilly inside and out. Either needs a complete revamp or be tore down.

Yuck! Not my style. It’s a monstrosity. Very overpriced. Very dated.

LOL. Totally agree that this is over priced and dated. I would say it has good bones but I think it’s main problem demanding this price is it lack of natural light. It looks so dark even with all the lights on in most of the pics.

    The pool is awesomely kitsch.

Kenny, Do you do any research on the homes before you write them up or just restate listing info? Probably should have mentioned that this is Casey Kasems house.

If you read the write-up you would have seen that I mentioned that.

Ha Ha, you got burned dude. Maybe you should be the one that learns to do better research.

Gosh, I couldn’t hate it more. There’s nothing at all that I like about it. For a little more than a third the price I’d much rather have Kelsey Grammer’s house just around the corner.

Really do not care for it. The drapes in one of the baths makes it look like it has dust catchers. This home would be a good choice for an individual and/or family, that especially loves a tint of olive.

Here is something I will never understand: 7 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms. Why the need for double the amount of bathrooms to bedrooms. I get having extra bathrooms to the number of bedrooms in a home this size, but what in the world do you need 14 bathrooms for? Am I the only one?

I’d rather take that extra square footage and use it for something else… larger master closet, kids play room, emergency supply storage (grew up in the tropics, always had a closet dedicated to emergency supplies in the event of an earthquake or hurricane so it’s been ingrained in me to always have a dedicated space for that), hell, I’d even prefer a gift wrapping room to so many unnecessary bathrooms.

I do like the house. I personally like statuary. This is for an older lady in a mumu who drinks cocktails and entertains and has a poodle. Maybe Mrs. Drysdale. Definitely from another age.
