I was expecting to see some crazy price tag attached to this, but I guess this neighborhood isn’t as prestigious as I thought it was. The exterior is lovely – would make a perfect embassy. The interior however is a disappointment. Take out the furniture and you have something that resembles a McMansion. Complete lack of any period details. I doubt the home was this boring when it was built.

The exterior is gorgeous. The interior is sadly missing too much period detail to still be interesting. The interior looks comfortable and nice, but not what I would want, or expect, out of a 1911 beaux-arts mansion. The location, for me, is too far west in the city. I really wouldn’t want to be west of Presidio Ave.

Kenny, what are you doing to your site? Are you loading it up with cookies or something. These pics are taking 15-20 seconds to load each. I don’t have time to come spend all day to look at a few pictures. Talk to your tech people or cut back on the attatchments.

Talk about stupid location! Looks like all those homes were cramped on that small piece of land, like a bad LEGO. Would not live there even for free!

Kenny, I know ya gotta make money, but now I am getting red robin coupons, Arbys coupons, ads for three or four mortgage companies, a landscaping offer and a chance to buy a new jersey t-shirt. Meanwhile your full page hasn’t loaded yet. This is just too much. Ps. have finished typing all this and the page still hasn’t loaded. This is getting ridiculous.

Goddamnit, then your site timed out and crashed chrome bringing down all the other tabs I had open, generated an error report then when I forced it to close and reopened it, it had a banner ad asking if I wanted a copy of my criminal record, because I had been doing background checks in another tab. Your site is becoming a real pain!!!!!!!! And I used to enjoy it so much.

This must be an awful location… bc with a little bit of land like this has, I was expecting a sky high price.

Agree this seems cheap as for SF.

But also agree the exterior and the foyer are the only really good parts. The rest is pretty generic and nothing special.

Seeming lack of good/iconic views might be why it’s going cheaply.
