Well, at least it has a plot of land all to itself. I actually really like the home inside and out. It doesn’t feel like a carbon copy of everything else in the neighborhood. I love the dark wood foyer and the large living room. Kind of sucks that or the price though you don’t have the ocean view (or it doesn’t seem like it at least).

Yeah it’s nice that it isn’t pushing right up against its neighbors like all the other mansions in the neighborhood, and I love the size of the lot as well as the landscaping. BUT, it seems like the whole point of Crystal Cove is those amazing ocean views, and it doesn’t seem like this home has them and thus it seems a bit out of place.

Other than that, the home is very pretty, although the furnishings are a little bland and dated looking.

it is shocking that house of this size would be sitting on less than 1 acre of land. as for the interior, if I hadn’t read the details first, I would have thought it to be on a European countryside somewhere.
Not a fan of all that dark wood.
But I grant that the house has character and a certain amount of charm, though it’s not in my taste. Certainly better done than so many of the newer estate homes. Love the backyard.

Nice house if for no other reason as mentioned, it actually has some land.

Very nicely done!, I’d love to see the floor plans to see how the 2 kitchens, sub garage etc all work together.

Gorgeous foyer but it’s in the wrong neighborhood and faces the wrong direction.
