Nice apartment but the marble floors everywhere give me the chills. Needs a bit of warming up.

What a stunning apartment! It’s so spacious, it reminds me a bit of a hotel lobby, it definitely needs a more homely touch. The views are incredible, I would love to wake up to that every morning.

First thing that popped into my head was it looks like a hotel. The second thought was the owners have no kids.

If I were to stay in an upscale hotel, I would probably want it to look exactly like this, but definitely couldn’t live there 24/7/365. I think after a while I’d feel like I was in a mausoleum. A very pretty, very tasteful mausoleum. And I have never been a fan of combining the bathroom with the master bedroom, those are 2 rooms I feel should always remain separate. love how spacious it is and how well everything works together. Lovely marble in the bathroom. I guess it’s just all too impersonal to me. Can’t think of how to add warmth and personalize it without messing up the carefully arranged and designed decor.

    Wow. Cool it got posted.

I do think this is all about the views with this one. I agree it’s all done very well but quite impersonal and international generic hotel luxury. I think it’s the marble floors and the bedroom. Very hotel like.

I do think though this is not a year round residence where you stay all the time except holidays.

It’s more likely a business apartment for an executive who visits several times a year from EU, other parts of Australia or Asia. Or else it’s a purely for pleasure pied a tierre for a high networth south east asian/australian’s who come for shopping/sports/restaurants or other leisure/business or financial holidays.

I would say this is most probably who it will be bought by anyway, even at the 18 million this is asking this isn’t unheard of.

Though I do always wonder why you need all this space over just a nice big hotel suite of the same ambience, I think it’s just safe money investing too.
